Total Alignment LLC (TA) is all about helping our clients succeed. Our clients want to see
success in their business and wish to leverage technology & processes to do so. Yet often
technology implementations do not deliver on the hopes and promises made at the beginning of
such projects. Similarly, traditional process improvement initiatives often falter in
implementation and do not yield the level of results expected. We are in the business of making
IT and processes work for our clients. Whether our client is at the beginning of a new technology
project or trying to improve the contribution from the existing investments in IT or current
processes, we help our clients to achieve their desired results.

At TA, we believe that the measure of success of a technology project should be how well
identified benefits are realized. This focus helps us to work with our clients in a results
orientated manner. Using our holistic approach (People, Process and Technology) we work with
our clients to achieve their desired results by assisting our clients to use all three of these aspects
of an organization to deliver not just the technology aspect.
People Technology Process

The TA team is highly experienced (average individual experience is in excess of 10 years) and
has a combination of technical (IT) and business (various areas from corporate finance, audit,
HR and operations management) backgrounds. This combination of expertise and experience
enables the TA team to work with clients comfortably on ERP, SCM, CRM, Data Warehousing,
Business Intelligence and other large/ complex IT system projects.

At TA, our approach and methods require a high level of participation from our client’s staff so
that they go through the learning experience to develop capabilities by engaging in essential
activities in the project.
We coach and support our client’s staff, who are part of the team and assist them to develop as
the project progresses. This approach helps our clients to build a strong team (both technical
and functional) who can support the business in future activities.

At TA, our experience in process improvement allows us to work with our clients to utilize the
process automation capabilities of software while ensuring that appropriate controls are kept in
place and information is available where it is needed by the organization. In some cases, we have
been asked to manage the operational activities and implement the improvements while
providing the service, with an aim to return the operations to our clients after creating the
improvements and providing a stabilized set of processes built on a technology platform.
At TA, our capability in data analysis and modeling enables us to assist our clients with many
difficult issues relating to data in their current and new systems. Together with Datawatch Inc
we help our clients to utilize the data they have already available in their systems to rapidly gain
better value from it. We have extensive experience in establishing/ improving reporting
environments (not just software but processes with the people in mind) for management and
regulatory purposes. Our clients find our skills help them significantly in implementations,
business analysis, modeling and information management.
