The TA team is highly experienced (average individual experience is in excess of 10 years) and has a combination of technical (IT) and business (various areas from corporate finance, audit, HR and operations management) backgrounds. This combination of expertise and experience enables the TA team to work with clients comfortably on ERP, SCM, CRM, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and other large/ complex IT system projects.
We coach and support our client’s staff, who are part of the team and assist them to develop as the project progresses. This approach helps our clients to build a strong team (both technical and functional) who can support the business in future activities.
